The first recipe is for a lovely water and skin softening milk bath |
|
NOURISHING MILK BATH POWDER |
|
300gr DRIED SKIMMED MILK POWDER 100gr CORNFLOUR 100gr COCONUT POWDER 50gr BAKING POWDER 10ml ESSENTIAL OIL OF YOUR CHOICE |
Mix together dry ingredients thouroughly in a large mixing bowl. Srinkle on essential oil and mix well to distribute evenly. Keep in a tightly covered container to prevent evaporation of the volatile oils. Add a cup full or more to a warm bath and relax. |
SUGGESTED COMBINATIONS: Lime and Coconut. Rose Geranium - add a few dried rose buds or petals to float in the bath (and get stuck in the plughole!) Lavender for a soothing night time bath. Grapefruit for a zingy clean wake up call. A lovely combination of mandarin, lavender and geranium (total 10ml) |
